Where we deliver

We currently deliver to: United Kingdom.

Processing and delivery times

We process orders within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Our products are sent directly from our partner warehouses, mainly in Asia, which is why delivery takes longer than from a UK warehouse.

Estimated delivery to the United Kingdom: 7–15 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs checks, public holidays and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free on all UK orders.

Customs, duties and taxes

United Kingdom: the prices shown are the final prices — we are not VAT registered, so we do not add VAT. You should not be asked to pay anything when your parcel is delivered. If a carrier ever asks you for a customs or handling fee on one of our orders, do not pay it — contact us at contact@caseve.co.uk and we will put it right.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, or it arrives damaged, contact us at contact@caseve.co.uk. We will trace it and, if it cannot be delivered promptly, send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
