1. These terms

These terms apply to every purchase made on Caseve. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt of your order by email; the contract is formed when we confirm that the goods have been dispatched. Before then we may cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable or there was an obvious pricing error) and will refund in full any payment taken.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken when you order, through the secure payment methods shown at checkout. We never store your full card details.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we receive payment in full.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy: 14-day right to cancel, and your rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours can differ slightly between screens and real life. Each product lists the device models it fits; please check your device model before ordering. We are an independent retailer. iPhone, Apple Watch and Apple are trade marks of Apple Inc.; our products are made by third parties to be compatible with those devices and are not made, authorised or endorsed by Apple.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything the law does not allow us to exclude. We are not liable for business losses.

8. Age

You must be at least 18 years old to order.

9. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at contact@caseve.co.uk; we aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. UK consumers may use the alternative dispute resolution options listed by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers in other countries keep the protection of their local mandatory laws.
